• Pre-installation for air conditioning
• Installation of electricity, water, and drainage systems

Not included:

• IVA
• All licensing fees for the modular home
• All registration fees
• Transport
• Crane services
• Site setup costs outside the Porto and Braga districts (Portugal)
• Swimming pool
• Civil works and foundation preparation (concrete block bases / steel screw piles, connection to public utilities)

Optionals

All our standard homes can be upgraded to suit clients’ specific tastes and requirements, including: upgraded kitchens and appliances, underfloor heating, manual or electric shutters, and external blinds.

Services we do not provide:

• Transport and crane hire
• Civil works and foundation preparation (connections to public utilities and concrete block foundations / steel screw piles)
• Swimming pool
• Interior design

However, we can recommend preferred suppliers to assist with the services listed above.
